Instant Download FAQ

Find out when pattern downloads become available, where to look for the delivery email, and what to check before asking support to resend it.

Published patterns generate download access as soon as payment is confirmed. If your email does not arrive right away, check the order email address and spam folder first, then contact support for a resend.
