Before you sew
- Recommended fabric
- Light- to medium-weight woven or shirting with slight drape, plus lining.
- Fabric required
- At 140 cm width, main fabric: XS–M: 2.5 m; L–2XL: 2.7 m; 3XL–4XL: 3 m. lining: not split by size in the workbook: 1.2 m.
- Notions
- Center-back invisible zipper and fusible interfacing at the front neckline; use a button and buttonhole at the cuff, or substitute an elastic loop.
- Size advice
- Choose by body measurements: 4 cm bust ease; 3 cm waist ease. The pattern uses standard sizing; adjust lengths for height and body proportions as needed.
- Key challenge
- Stitch the center-front decorative tucks on the marked lines; interface the front neckline, catch the waist ties into the side seams, and install the center-back invisible zipper.
