Before you sew
- Recommended fabric
- Pre-quilted fabric, three-layer bonded down-jacket fabric, or down-jacket shell fabric quilted by the maker.
- Fabric required
- At 140 cm width, main fabric: XS–M: 0.6 m; L–2XL: 0.8 m; 3XL–4XL: 0.9 m.
- Notions
- Center-front zipper, stretch binding, and about 33 g of filling when making the insulated version.
- Size advice
- Choose by body measurements: 19 cm bust ease. The pattern uses standard sizing; adjust lengths for height and body proportions as needed. The unfilled version may be made one size smaller.
- Key challenge
- Construct the front welt pocket; bind the full edge and zipper tape for the unlined version; use about 33 g of filling for the insulated version.
