Before you sew
- Recommended fabric
- Light- to medium-weight woven fabric, including corduroy or velvet.
- Fabric required
- At 140 cm width, main fabric: XS–M: 1.4 m; L–2XL: 1.6 m; 3XL–4XL: 1.8 m. lining: not split by size in the workbook: 1.7 m.
- Notions
- 1 zipper.
- Size advice
- Choose by body measurements: 6 cm bust ease; 0 cm waist ease. The pattern uses standard sizing; adjust lengths for height and body proportions as needed. Size up one size for autumn/winter layering.
- Key challenge
- The fit is close; size up for autumn/winter layering, lower the side armscye by 2 cm if needed, or omit the waist darts for a looser fit.
